As President of the Morsky Group of Companies, Wayne provides leadership and mentoring in all operations. He oversees three independent operating companies with a staff compliment of over 50 people. Wayne currently sits on the Canadian Construction Association (CCA) executive and is incoming National Chair for 2010.

Marty is responsible and accountable for Hy-Speed Soil Nailing, a soil stabilization company capable of doing embankment stabilization, shoring and excavation support, micro piles and super nails, geosynthetically reinforced soil walls, and horizontal drains.
